Cafe Meditation is for women who meditate, helping you navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity, sanity and an open heart. It grew out of my love for meditation, and the desire to help like-minded women get the most from their meditation practice. I also wanted to create a nurturing community, where we can learn from each other.
In these dark and challenging times, it’s important to create points of light – where women can generate positive energy. What better way than through inspired meditation!

Meditation can be easy to learn. (Here’s an example of a simple technique: Sit… Feel yourself breathing… When your mind wanders, come back to the feeling of breathing…)
But the more you understand the deeper you can go, and the more beneficial it becomes.

I can’t promise you the moon, but after 25+ years as a meditator and teacher, I’ve seen how meditation changes lives.
This doesn’t mean that life’s circumstances get easier. It means we become more patient, compassionate, and wise. We’re flexible and open to possibilities, less reactive and resentful.
Meditation doesn’t turn us into saints, but it can uncover some remarkable qualities.
