Your Coaching Package Includes:
- 60 minute, online coaching via Zoom (We can connect over video or just use the audio if you’d prefer not to be on camera – your choice.)

I generally offer sessions between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm Eastern Time (New York).

I had the most beautiful meditation experience today with the serene Linda. She took the time to question my experience with meditation and what works for me or not. What was surprising is she introduced me to a form of meditation, she knew would suit me based on what I told her. I was open to trying, and I’m so glad I did. She led me through an open eyed focus meditation, at first for 5 mins, and then again for 10 mins.
I’ve never done this before, I usually prefer to have my eyes closed. I felt a little uncomfortable in the beginning knowing she was watching me… this lasted seconds, because Linda has such a calming presence and truly holds a beautiful space for you to just be! I came out of the meditation relaxed and recharged, with a heightened sense of smell and feeling totally at ease.

What Can You Expect from Your Session?
Every session is unique, because it’s based on your experience and desires.
We start with a chat about where you are in your life and what you’re looking for.
From there, the session is tailored to you. For example, you might want to learn a new technique and talk about how to integrate meditation into your life. Or perhaps you want to dissolve your resistance to mediation or discover how meditation can help you and access your inner wisdom. Together we make the magic happen!
After our one-to-one, online session you’ll also have two weeks of email coaching, that you can use to ask questions and share your experiences.

I loved the meditation session! It was wonderfully calming, gentle but focused and I got an awful lot from both the meditations techniques that we did together – ideas, thoughts and also just some very welcome tranquility in the middle of a hectic day.
